AVAILABILITY
Products on the EZRA LUKE ATELIER website are subject to availability. Processing and delivery times may be delayed depending on global conditions. Where possible, we use local printers and on-demand printing to minimize our carbon footprint. For any questions, please contact info@ezraluke.com to learn more.

SHIPPING
The shipping price covers the cost of logistics staff, packaging, and postage. Estimated delivery within 7 – 10 business days from the date of purchase processing. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

PRINTS & ARTWORK
All sales are final. If your artwork arrived damaged, please contact the studio.

ART PILLOWS
As a small business, we appreciate a willingness to exchange or accept store credit. These options are always available to you for unused merchandise, if shipped back within 30 days of receipt. Returns are accepted for full-price items as an alternative if shipped within 30 days of receipt. Customers must pay for return shipping.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
If an item may be considered defective, please email info@ezraluke.com specifying your name, order number, and a photo of the product. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of purchase. If the product is deemed defective by ezraluke.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.

REFUSED OR RETURNED PACKAGES
Packages returned to our atelier will be refunded only if eligible. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable and will be subtracted from your refund. If you require a reshipment, a new shipping fee will be charged. In case of refused packages, the shipping and handling fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund.
